Plateware- "Leak - proof" laminated  plates, plastic flatware, plastic serving utensils and paper napkins are included 

with all off site buffet packages. For events choosing "trays" and "By The Pan" Events add $.75 cents per guest for Plateware.


We offer an upgraded high quality (Hard plastic, designer) cater ware or “Masterpiece Wedding Ware” for 

an additional charge of $1.50 per person.


You may purchase a party pack for $8 each. This includes a wire chafing rack (holds one pan), 1 aluminum water pan 

and 2 liquid heat canisters. (You may keep these for future use.)


Add Bottled Waters and Canned Sodas for $1.00 each piece


Delivery is FREE for all orders over $300.00 within 15 miles. (16 miles - 25 miles add $25 Service Charge).


There will be a $25 delivery fee on orders less than $300.00.


We work with a professional group of Linen, China and Rental Companies.  Additional charges vary based on request.


Additional off site service staff (servers and bartenders) are available for $25.00 per hour per staff member.  

Every 40 guests usually required 1 staff member.
