We will come to you! Please Add $150 charge for your onsite grilling chef. Grille Chef will cook

on site for up to 2 Hours. We will need a designated area as to not worry about smoke and

Payments Due Upon Delivery.  Chopped Accepts Cash, Check, VENMO "@choppedcatering" and Credit Cards (Add 3.9% processing fee for all credit cards)

 

You may purchase a Party Pack for $12 each to keep your food warm for up to 2 hours.

This includes a wire chafing rack (holds one pan), 1 aluminum water pan and 2 liquid heat canisters. (You may keep these for future use.)

 

Plate Ware- "Leak - proof" laminated plates, plastic flatware, plastic serving utensils 

and paper napkins are included with all off-site buffet packages.

Events choosing "Trays" and "By the Pan" Add $1 per guest.

 

We offer an upgraded high quality (Hard plastic, designer) cater ware or “Masterpiece Wedding Ware” for an additional charge of $2 per person

 

  

There will be a $25 Delivery Service Charge on ALL Deliveries within 15 miles.  Every Additional 15 Miles Add $25. 

 

We work with a network of professional Linen, China and Rental Companies for all of your rental needs.

We would be happy to assist you with coordinating these items. Prices vary. Average for a FULL China

 Setting is @ $9.75 per guest plus $100 Delivery and Pick Up Fee. Included: Dinner Plate, Salad Plate,

Dessert Plate, 3 Forks, 1 Knife, 1 Spoon and 1 Water Goblet. Most Additional Glasses

if Needed: Rocks, Wine, High Ball, Champagne Flutes @ $1.00 each. 

 

Table Linens average $14 to $22 per table depending on selection with Linen Guest Napkin averaging $1 each.

 

STAFF

Offsite service staff (servers) are available for $30.00 per hour per staff member (5 Hour Minimum).

Buffet Events - (Recommended) Every 15 - 25 guests require 1 staff member. Buffet Events Using Real China - Requires 1 Service Staff Member for Every 8 - 12 Guests

Additional Staff May be needed / required depending on Cocktail Hours, Early Event
