with all off site buffet packages. For events choosing "Trays" and "By The Pan" Add $.50 cents per guest.
We offer an upgraded high quality (Hard plastic, designer) cater ware or “Masterpiece Wedding Ware” for
an additional charge of $1.75 per person.
You may purchase a Chafing Dish "Party Pack" for $10 each. This includes a wire chafing rack (holds one pan), 1 aluminum water pan
and 2 liquid heat canisters. (You may keep these for future use.)
- Add Bottled Waters and Canned Sodas for $1.00 each
- Ice may be Purchased for $.45 cents Per Pound If available / Delivery Charge Possible (Please check with Chopped Coordinator)
Delivery is $25 for all orders up to 15 miles. (16 miles - 25 miles add $25 Service Charge).
We work with a network of professional Linen, China and Rental Companies for all of your rental needs.
We would be happy to assist you with coordinating these items. Prices vary. Items to be considered: 10" Dinner Plate,
7" Salad Plate, 6" Dessert Plate, 3 Forks, 1 Knife, 1 Spoon, Water Goblet. Additional Glasses if Needed: Rocks, Wine,
High Ball, Champagne Flutes, table linens Floor length or Lap Length, linen dinner napkins.
STAFF
Off site service staff (servers and bartenders) are available for $25.00 per hour per staff member (5 Hour Minimum).
Buffet Events Using Disposable Plate Ware - Suggested: 35 - 40 guests per service staff member.
Buffet Events Using Real China - Requires 1 Service Staff Member per every 25 Guests
Additional Staff May be needed / required depending on Cocktail Hours, Early Event
